Return Policy
At Hypeadelic, every hat is uniquely crafted, reflecting our commitment to sustainability and creativity. We understand that sometimes a product might not meet your expectations, so we offer an exchange policy to ensure your satisfaction. At this time, items are not eligible for cash returns/refunds but may be exchanged for another item or store credit.

Eligibility for Exchange:
If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you may exchange your hat for an item of equal or lesser value. Please initiate your exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.

How to Request an Exchange: please contact us at hypeadelicgoods@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your exchange. We’ll guide you through the next steps and help you select your new item.

Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for covering the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return reaches us safely.

Condition of Returned Items: Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn and unwashed. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange if the item shows signs of wear or damage.

Processing Time: Once we receive your returned item and it passes our inspection, we’ll process your exchange within 5-7 business days. If you choose an item of lesser value, the difference will be issued as store credit.

Final Sale Items: Please note that custom orders and sale items are final sale and not eligible for exchange.
